James joined the firm as an Associate in 2009. James was raised in Chatham and returned to the area after graduating from Suffolk University Law School in 2008.

James represents a variety of clients focusing in residential and commercial real estate conveyancing, land use, including zoning and wetlands permitting, estate planning, real estate and land use litigation, small business formation and landlord/tenant relations.

James has appeared before regulatory boards on behalf of clients throughout the Cape including Chatham, Harwich, Orleans, Brewster and Provincetown. James has represented clients in the Massachusetts Land Court, Barnstable Superior Court and Orleans District Court.
