Represented clients in the Barnstable Superior Court, Massachusetts Land Court, Massachusetts Appeals Court and Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in a wide variety of matters related to property rights or land use including zoning appeals, boundary line/easement disputes, beach access issues and waterfront property rights.
